Nolen Septic Services
Jackson "Jack" Ottawa
Senior Service Technician
With eleven years of service in the U.S. military, including active duty in the U.S. Army, the Army Reserves, and the Air National Guard, Jackson brings proven discipline, precision, and problem-solving skills to Nolen Septic. While pursuing his Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, Jack gained valuable hands-on experience working for Nolen Septic. After graduation, Jack realized sitting at a desk wasn’t his style, so he returned full-time to the family business to combine his engineering knowledge with hands-on service.
Jack approaches every service call with the same dedication he brought to his time in uniform: assess the situation, find the solution, and get the job done right the first time. Whether it’s routine maintenance or an emergency repair, customers know they can count on his professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for the people he serves.
Outside of his work, Jack's passion lies in his family and all things animals, especially reptiles. He enjoys reading, learning new facts, and building all kinds of creative things. Whether he's exploring a new story or constructing something unique, Jack is always excited to discover and create. He is married to Brittany and a proud father of three. As the son-in-law of the company's founders, he also carries forward the strong family values and work ethic that are central to Nolen Septic.

Joe is married to his wife, Melanie, and together they raised three children. Today, he especially enjoys being "Papa" to his three grandchildren, a title he wears with pride.
